Meet the sisters behind My Day Method™

My Day Method started with a personal challenge: how do you build a successful career, raise a family, look after yourself and still have time for the things that energise you, bring you joy and give your life meaning?

Natalie — Founder of My Day Method™

Exec Leader - Managing Director | Mother | Yogi & Yoga Teacher | INSEAD MBA & King’s College London MSc, Neuroscience

London, UK

Natalie spent her career in demanding leadership roles at global financial services organisations, working her way from Analyst to Managing Director.

When her first son arrived in 2012, followed by her second in 2015, life became increasingly complicated. Two young children, a new job, a longer commute and a desire to return to her yoga practice meant that the ways of working she'd relied on for years simply weren't working anymore.

She wanted to be successful in her career, present for her family, healthy, connected to her friends and still have time for herself. But fitting everything in seemed impossible.

So she began experimenting.

Natalie read widely about productivity, tested different tools and techniques, and explored new ways of organising her time. Some worked. Others didn't. Gradually, she developed an approach that helped her find greater focus, freedom and satisfaction in her days.

In 2020, she began sharing what she'd learned with colleagues, fellow INSEAD alumni and friends, helping others take greater control of their energy, time and attention. Their encouragement inspired her to turn those ideas into a more structured methodology.

But Natalie wanted to understand more about why certain approaches worked.

Having always been fascinated by the mind, brain and mental health, she began a master's degree in Neuroscience and Psychology of Mental Health at King's College London in 2023 which she completed in 2025, alongside her full-time leadership role.

Her studies deepened her interest in attention, multitasking and mindfulness, and helped shape the next evolution of My Day Method, including its Four Brain Modes.

Today, My Day Method brings together years of personal experimentation, professional experience, teaching and academic learning into a practical system designed to help people create days that reflect what matters most to them.

Alexandra - Developer, Architect Companion

Engineer | Strategist | Georgia Tech Graduate

Atlanta, USA

Alexandra brings 20 years of experience in engineering, consulting and digital transformation, including roles at Deloitte, Accenture and Novelis. Her work across 27 countries has focused on helping people and organisations turn complex challenges into practical improvements.

Her interest in My Day Method is personal: making room for meaningful relationships, health and continued growth alongside a fulfilling career. She believes the way we spend our days should reflect what matters most to us.

Inspired by her sister Natalie’s methodology, Alexandra taught herself to build with AI-assisted coding tools and developed the Architect Companion. It helps people connect their purpose with daily choices, establish supportive rituals and reflect on how their actions align with their values.

She brings both professional experience and daily practice to its development, with a clear aim: to help people build lives that feel purposeful, balanced and their own.

A method that keeps evolving

My Day Method began with Natalie’s desire to make better use of her days.

Today, it combines practical experience, neuroscience-informed thinking, creative design and emerging technology — shaped by three sisters working together across continents.

And somewhere along the way, building My Day Method has brought us closer together, too.

Our hope is simple: to help people create the lives they want, one day at a time.
